Potipot Island Candelaria , Zambales

After all the delay and problem happened we finally push through our trip to Zambales, honestly we don't know exactly where to go,we don't have any reservations or alike. But I tried to do some research regarding the best place and resorts in Zambales that's when i knew this blog site http://biyaherongbarat.com/category/biyaheng-zambales/ saying their good experience in Candelaria Zambales. When travelling ,its handy that you have a smart phone or tablets to use GPS for location, it keeps us from stopping and asking question from time to time.We do our stop over in Olonggapo to go to the market and buy things that we need. After a long drive we finally came in Candelaria, we went to the resort where the blogger biyaherongbarat stayed (because he said its cheap)in Puerto del Mar but we're so shocked with the price(of course we want to save money as much as we can) ,yeah we understand that they have entrance fee (P60 per head) and we also understand that they have parking fee (P200 overnight)but pinching a camping tent in the shore has a fee for P500 each??(we have two camping tent)that's ridiculous!overrated! Our first negotiation is to get one room for P1400(electric fan room)just to keep our things and were just going to sleep anywhere, maybe in an open cottage(which is very uncomfortable) but when we get to the part that the camping tent has fee,we walked out!.Thats when we discover Villa Valerio.
Our humble abode for P3500,no entrance fee,no parking fee and another good thing is,unlimited mangoes for FREE!who don't want that?HAHA
It has two bedrooms, one has aircondition and the other has eletricfan.
Clean bathroom,of course with clean water(not coming from the sea, hehe).
And a refrigerator to keep your foods fresh.(not including my friend)
Preparing our lunch, coz its almost noon when we arrived.
They has a griller but they dont have a gas stove but since we're ready we brought a denatured gas stove for cooking. If ever you doesn't have any utensils or cooking materials you can borrow from the owner but im not sure if it has a charge/fee.
Jamming and never ending picture taking while waiting for our food to be cooked,we're so ready we have beat box and a guitar.
Eating time!Sinigang na baboy and fried tilapia.
After we rest for many hours,we headed to the beach for our first dip!yiih!
Thats me and him, #SorrynotSorry
We enjoyed our first night. So the next day we get up early, cos we're so excited to go to Potipot Island,we rent a boat for P800 thats back and forth(14 persons). So this is our photos(bombarding mode),we did some activities during our stay in the island. We create two teams competing for best and most artistic sand castle, human pyramid and most tiring game we did is Agawan Base, crap!you need to drink all the water after the game(or its just me?haha Ill work on my cardio next time).
Personally,I enjoyed my stay in Zambales(to be honest this is the farthest place ive ever been into, shame on me!)and Im happy that for a long time my friends and I finally had a chance to travel coz its always stay as plan that never happen,so finally our best memories so far!,and sure we will be going back for more.So I hope all the infos that i share will help you if you have plans on going to Zambales. So Von Voyage! Summer Night

We suddenly felt the urge of going out after a month of not seeing each other. Thats why it came out on loosing ourselves in Greenhills San Juan, eating, walking and never ending chatting. Its good to have a best buddy who you can trust and say anything without hesitation, cry in front of them and say all the stupidity you've made, they will listen and give advice but most of the time they will laugh at you.Jay is one of my friend who will tell you the reality than saying things which is not appropriate, sometimes its hurt but its good to know.Anyway here are some of our pictures, exploring the place and eating.First we eat in Mexicali.
I dont know whats Jay's order but mine is Beef burrito and garlic with cheese quesadilla with 3 sauces for P304.
We also ordered fries with golf sauce for P124
Jayjay really wanted to try the cake in Banapple so we basically search where is it,and find ourselves walking and walking until we find it. And tried their best selling cake for P104?I forgot, the serving is really big.I also tried the black tea for P60 its really refreshing.Jay told me that some of the reviews said that the place is cozy and the food is good, indeed as you can see the pictures.
Going back to Promenade Mall to buy some take out food and Jay bought a book in Fully Booked which is Ignite Me by Tahereh Mafi(a must read book!)
Beside me are the old machines use in cinemas.
Forgive us for our selfies.
And we call it a day!

Taytay Falls In Majayjay Laguna

Hi,its nice to be writing here again, its almost a year since my last post I was busy after graduation finding a job and when I got my first job I get busier (I already resigned so I get time for blogging). Anyway to welcome 2014 Summer(The reason that im posting again), we went to Taytay Falls in Majayjay Laguna, its a 3 and a half hours travel from my location, actually its my mom's birthplace thats why she insisted on going back tnere. So here are some of the photos. First we visited the Church as my moms wish again beacuse she said its very beautiful and solemn
Another 1 and a half hour travelling on the location, once you arrived there will be P20 entrance per head and after that a 15 mins walk to get near the falls and get a better location. Since theres no cottage or lounge area, we rented a camping tent for P350(If you have your own tent thats very good so you can save money).
The water is freezing cold that you cant last for an hour. I recommend this for Barkadas/Campers who are Nature lover just make sure if youll go overnight bring battery operated lights coz theres no electricity and travel light, you dont want to walk for 30mins back and forth just to get your stuff. If you want a comfortable overnight stay there are rooms that you can rent near the entrance(I dont know how much) and theres a lot of store so if you forget some stuff no need to worry.BTW theres no clean bathroom so again if you want comfortable things you need to go back and walk. And do not bring kids 5 years old and below coz its very tiring for them to walk for 15 mins and they are not going to enjoy anyway coz of the water temperature(And Its raining from time to time ).
I hope this is not last for my summer because i want more, hehe. How about you, hows your summer? :)
